Building Contracts Manager – Private Estates (Prime London) - £100k
We are recruiting on behalf of a high-net-worth Principal for an experienced Building Contracts Manager to oversee construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across a portfolio of prestigious private residences.
Working across London and to a lesser extent the home counties, the suitable Building Contracts Manager will:
• Manage building and refurbishment contracts from tender to completion.
• Supervise contractors, consultants, and project delivery to the highest standard.
• Oversee budgets, approve invoices, and report to the principal’s representatives.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure impeccable presentation.
• Safeguard confidentiality and operate with the utmost discretion.
In terms of Contract Management experience, the suitable Building Contracts Manager will have:
• Extensive experience within luxury estates or super-prime residential property.
• A strong background in contract negotiation and project management.
• Impeccable attention to detail, organisational ability, and communication skills.
• Professional qualifications (RICS, CIOB, or similar) advantageous but not essential
Remuneration for the successful Building Contracts Manager will include a package around £100k comprising high basic, bonus, benefits and pension.
