I'm working with a national RBCA that's looking for a Registered Building Inspector to cover Wigan and only Wigan. No huge travel expectations, no being dragged all over the place, just a local patch with a solid team already in place.

They're ideally looking for someone who's Class 2D or above, but if you're Class 2A+, I'd still be keen to speak with you as I have other opportunities in the area too.

You'll get exposure to a good mix of projects and, if you're looking to progress your registration, there's plenty of support and training available to help you get there.

One of the biggest selling points? The team is already well established, so you're not walking into ridiculous workloads. Add in a flexi-time scheme that can earn you up to 12 extra days off a year, and you've got a genuinely good work-life balance.
