Building Control Surveyor (Class 2F) 🏗️
💰 £60,000 – £70,000 | 🏖️ 30 days leave | 💼 10% pension | 🎓 Pro fees paid

Looking for your next step in Building Control? We’re after a Class 2F Registered Building Inspector to join our Local Authority team. You'll work on a wide range of projects, help keep buildings and people safe, and support others along the way.
🧱 What you’ll be doing:
✔️ Checking plans for compliance
✔️ On-site inspections and technical assessments
✔️ Dangerous structure reports (with optional out-of-hours work)
✔️ Taking enforcement action where needed
✔️ Supporting trainee surveyors
✔️ Keeping your knowledge fresh and up to date
🛠️ What we’re looking for:
🔹 Class 2F BSR registered + member of RICS, CABE or CIOB
🔹 Strong technical knowledge of Building Regs, the Building Act, and guidance
🔹 Good communicator with a customer-focused approach
🔹 Great team player who can also work independently
🔹 Someone who’s keen to keep growing professionally
