Building Control Surveyor
£70 PH
OUTSIDE IR35
3 months
London
Hybrid working 2/3 days on-site this will include site visits.
About the Building Control Surveyor role:
Conduct site inspections, examine plans, and manage a varied caseload of Building Regulations submissions
Provide guidance to applicants, architects, builders, and stakeholders on design, compliance, and project fees.
Promote Building Control services to clients and partners, contributing to increased market share and service income.
Work across a range of complex and varied construction projects, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations, and maintaining the highest professional standardsYour previous experience as a Building Control Surveyor:
Minimum Class 2A BSR Registration.
BSR registration Minimum Class 2F
Full corporate membership status with a recognised professional body such as RICS, CABE, or CIOB.
Completed a Building Engineering, Building Surveying or other (relevant) construction related degree.
Extensive experience of Building Control within a Local Authority.
