Practical Experience: Demonstrated experience in building control, plan checking, and site inspections.
Problem-Solver: Ability to identify risks, assess compliance, and propose effective solutions.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
