Job Responsibilities
Inspect buildings to identify maintenance needs.
Plan and oversee repair and maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers.
Maintain records of maintenance activities.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
Experience in building maintenance or similar roles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have
Relevant qualifications in building services.
Experience working with local councils or public sector.
Good communication skills.
