Monitor and liaise with external contractors, including cleaners and maintenance teams. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including fire alarm testing. Keep an eye on energy consumption and assist with metre readings. Manage keys and security cards, ensuring proper distribution to tenants. Propose improvements and efficiencies for the building's operations.
