Building Manager / General Manager – Chelsea – c£55k
We’re working with a prestigious Managing Agent who oversee exclusive developments in Prime London.
On one of their sites, a prestigious gated development in the heart of Chelsea, they are now looking to appoint a Building Manager / General Manager as follows:
* Based on the development (in Chelsea) Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm
* The development is small (less than 100 units) but well known for its excellent location and facilities (Pool, Gym, Gardens etc.)
* You will manage all aspects of the site to extremely high standards, from staff management (concierge/porters etc) to resident engagement, maintenance and repairs reporting, lease compliance and H&S / Inspection (reporting back to the property manager as required)
* Impeccable presentation and communication skills are essential, including excellent written and spoken English
* Experience of prime London / sites with Pools/Gymnasium preferred
Salary will start at up to £55k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and performance.
