Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Building Manager to work on a temporary basis in Chiswick. This is managing a multi let commercial building with an area people can also rent office space for the day. It is managing and supporting the directional of all operational duties including facilities management, health and safety and security.
It is temporary short term cover working 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday working on site in Chiswick starting immediately. The hourly rate varies from £17ph - £21ph.

Responsibilities:
· Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base.
· Maintain regular and effective communication with clients and tenants.
· Manage site based staff, ensuring all people related policies and procedures are followed
· Monitor works conducted/service provided by suppliers
· Audit and inspect supplier delivery
· Undertake regular building inspections, complete reports and initiate/progress any required works
· Ensure compliance with all current statutory legislation in respect of health and safety and the environment
· Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies – e.g. Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR
· Ensure security and emergency procedures are robust and adhered to at all times, taking an active role in the event of emergency situations
We are looking for candidates with:
· Minimum 1-2 years in facilities coordinator or manager role in commercial environment
· Knowledge of hard and services
· knowledgeable of health and safety
· Strong IT skills
· Excellent customer service and communication skills written and verbal
