Urban Connect are currently supporting a local MEP consultancy with 3 UK offices, in a period of consistent growth, joining at the Head Office in Manchester.
This is a great opportunity to work for an employee owned trust working on varied projects from £10m - £200m+ in build value. They will encourage you to take as much responsibility as possible, but will invest consistent time in your development and progression.
Main Duties/responsibilities Of The Role Will Include
* Development of IES and Simplified Building Energy models
* Conduct TM52 & TM59 Overheating assessments and produce reports
* Preparing clear, concise reports and communicating findings to internal design teams
* Collaborating with Mechanical and Electrical engineers to ensure integrated design solutions

They have a team of 35 engineers in Manchester with a team of 8 building physics engineers (4 in Manchester)
