Are you a Class 2F+ Building Control Surveyor looking to step into a Building Regulations Consultant role?
Sarto Thomas are excited to partner with a growing Building Safety Consultancy as they search for a Class 2F+ RBI to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
* Assess plans and specifications for compliance with current regulations.
* Liaise with project teams to provide technical support and regulatory guidance.
* Maintain accurate records and reports.
* Represent the business professionally and ethically.
* Qualifications & Experience:
* Class 2F or above registration with the BSR (essential).
* Extensive experience in building control, particularly with complex, higher-risk buildings.
* Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and related legislation.
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills, both individually and as part of a team, to ensure clients receive the highest standard of service.
* Passion for quality, safety, and ongoing professional development.
