Job Description

We are actively looking for a Building Safety Manager to join a large housing association in Central London on a permanent basis. In return you will receive hybrid working, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, managing you own diary and company car. As the Building Safety Manager you will be: Overseeing the building safety of the authority whilst specialising in fire safety Responsible for overseeing the Fire Risk Assessment and Fire Door programmes, including the remedial works Managing the fire safety systems, including the dry risers, emergency lighting, sprinklers Monitoring the survey recommendations across the high rise properties, identifying and reporting any issues Writing up building safety strategies and reports Qualifications / Experience: Fire Safety background - NEBOSH Fire or Level 4 in Fire Safety Understanding of the Building Safety Act or CIOB Level 6 Extensive experience working with building safety Social housing experience Previous experience leading a team Experience working with FRA's, Fire Doors, Emergency Lighting, Dry Risers, Sprinklers Extensive experience managing budgets As the Building Safety Manager , you will receive: £63,000 rising to £67,000 after a year Company Car or car allowance Hybrid working 25 day annual leave plus bank holidays Training and career progression Manging own diary Pension scheme We are keen to see CV's from Fire Building Safety Manager, Fire Safety Manager, Building Safety Manager, Fire Contract Manager, Fire Safety Advisor, Fire Safety Consultant If this sounds like you and you would like to apply for the position call Kiran on (phone number removed) or send your updated CV to (url removed)
