Job Title: Interim Building Safety Manager
Location: London
Contract: 3-6 months (with potential extension)
Day Rate: £350-£450 Umbrella (Inside IR35)

About the Role:
A leading housing provider in London is seeking an experienced Interim Building Safety Manager to support compliance and safety operations across its portfolio of Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs). The primary focus will be on conducting detailed building inspections to ensure alignment with the Building Safety Act and associated regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out comprehensive safety inspections of HRBs across the housing portfolio.
Identify and assess building safety risks, with clear reporting and follow-up.
Support the development and implementation of Building Safety Case Reports.
Work closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams to ensure compliance and communication.
Maintain accurate records and provide expert advice on building safety best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in building safety management within residential or social housing.
Driving License and access to own vehicle essential
In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act and HRB requirements.
Strong inspection and reporting skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Relevant professional qualification (e.g. RICS, CIOB, CABE) desirableBefore You Apply
