Mobile Building Services Engineer - Electrical Bias (Quick progression to Electrical QS)
📍 Location: North London & Surrounding Counties
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
💰 Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
💸 Overtime: Opportunities available, paid at 1.5x hourly rate

The Role
We're seeking a Mobile Building Services Engineer - Electrical Qualifying Supervisor (QS) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow within a supportive company that invests in its people.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical maintenance, minor installations, and repairs across a varied portfolio
Compliance with MEP schedules and standards
Fault finding and resolution of electrical issues
Coordination with other trades and team members
Maximum of 3 sites per day to travel between

Basic plumbing knowledge (advantageous)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
