Location: North Dublin
Salary: €40,000-€55,000 per annum (DOE)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting for an experienced Building Services Engineer to join a well-established construction company based in North Dublin. This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of high-profile projects in the commercial, educational, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate building services with all other construction activities to ensure smooth delivery from specification to commissioning.
Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all services align with architectural and structural requirements.
Manage service installations, testing, and commissioning to meet project timelines and standards.
Support the preparation of detailed tender documentation and manage the submission of O&M manuals.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements:
Relevant third-level qualification in Building Services Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant IT systems.
Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
