Building Services Engineer
Bristol and Cardiff
Salary up to £45,000

The Role:
* Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
* Perform reactive and planned maintenance on the site’s mechanical, fabric and electrical equipment.
* Diagnose, organise, and carry out remedial repairs, ensuring tasks are owned and completed from start to finish.
* Identify required materials and order through approved suppliers.
What We Need From You:
* C&G or NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant engineering trade.
* 17th or 18th Edition
* Experience working reactive and preventative maintenance in a commercial setting.
