Planned & reactive maintenance of mechanical, electrical & HVAC systems

Fault diagnosis and repairs across multiple building services

Support compliance with health & safety standards

Assist with minor installations and general building maintenance
Requirements of a Building Services Engineer :

Relevant NVQ/City & Guilds in building services or mechanical/electrical engineering
*
Experience in commercial building maintenance

Strong problem-solving & communication skills
*
Ability to work independently and in a team
