Are you an experienced Building Services Manager / M&E Manager looking for a fresh start?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry leading Main Contractor, who are looking for an experienced BSM / M&E / MEP Manager to join them on a permanent basis. As a Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, installation and maintenance of mechancial, electrical and plumbing operations.

What are we looking for?
* Prior experience as a BSM / M&E Manager for a Main Contractor
* Qualification in a recognised Building Services subject.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Fantastic multi-tasking ability
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all discipline sub-contractors to produce and maintain a detailed contract programme aligned with the overall project schedule.
* Ensure sub-contractors submit weekly reports covering labour, plant, and materials.
* Conduct quality inspections throughout the construction stages, ensuring compliance with the drawings, specifications, and quality procedures.
