As Building Services Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of projects by:
Coordinating and appointing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Heating subcontractors.
Overseeing the commissioning process and ensuring technical excellence at every stage.
Providing expert support to project and design teams on all MEPH matters.
Contributing to the development of innovative building services solutions that enhance performance and sustainability.
To succeed, you’ll bring:
Solid experience in mechanical and electrical building services within the construction sector.
A strong understanding of M&E principles, practices, and current industry standards.
Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
A genuine interest in innovation and the ability to help shape creative, effective solutions.
A background in Mechanical Engineering (preferred, though not essential).
