Part-Time Building Supervisor - Flexible Supply Work Across North Sheffield
Are you an experienced Building Supervisor or Site Manager looking for flexible, part-time work in a rewarding school environment? Tradewind Recruitment wants to hear from you.
We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Building Supervisor to work on a part-time, supply basis across a variety of primary and secondary schools in North Sheffield. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in maintaining safe and welcoming school environments, and is looking for flexible hours to suit their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening and securing school premises
Ensuring buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and clean
Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
Monitoring heating, lighting, and alarm systems
Liaising with contractors and supporting on-site safety procedures
We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar caretaking or site supervisor role
A good understanding of health & safety and building maintenance
A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one through us)
