Key Responsibilities:

Carry out building surveys, defect analysis, and condition reports

Prepare specifications, schedules of work, and tender documentation
*
Manage refurbishment, fit-out, and maintenance projects from inception to completion

Advise clients on dilapidations, party wall matters, and technical due diligence
*
Work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to deliver high standards of service
Requirements:

Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
*
MRICS or working towards chartership
*
Proven experience within consultancy or client-side environments
*
Strong technical knowledge and report-writing ability
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
