A highly regarded construction consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing London office. The Role
Deliver a wide range of professional and project-led building surveying services
Take responsibility for projects from initial client briefing through to completion and handover
Engage with clients, contractors, and wider project teams to drive high-quality outcomes
Contribute to the development of the London office through technical delivery and client relationship management
About You
MRICS qualified (essential)
Experience within a consultancy or client-side environment
Strong knowledge of both professional services (dilapidations, party wall, condition surveys) and project delivery
Excellent client-facing skills with a commercial mindset
Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to high standards of work
