Building Surveyor

As a Building Surveyor with us, you will have the chance to:
Conduct thorough building inspections and assessments.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
Advise clients on building regulations, compliance, and safety standards.
Provide expert recommendations for repairs and improvements.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A relevant degree in Building Surveying or a related field (Highly desirable)
A minimum of 2-3 experience in building surveying.
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in surveying software and tools.
Package & Benefits
£40-43,000 per annum
Pension contribution 5%
Annual leave starts from 24 days+ BH -increase with time within the business
