Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 20.48 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Conduct building condition surveys in Lancashire.
Enter data into the asset management system.
Collaborate to enhance data processes.
Identify defects, suggest solutions, and estimate costs.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Consult with managers and professionals.
Prioritize building and safety needs.
Complete reports and inspections as needed.
Person Specifications
Must Have
Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
5 years' experience in building pathology.
Knowledge of health and safety laws.
Experience with asset management systems.
Ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
Nice to Have
Chartered Membership with RICS or similar.
Experience with educational building surveys.
Experience with public sector buildings.
