People Group has proudly collaborated with a construction consultancy, the building consultancy division is looking strengthen their team with the addition of a Building Surveyor.
My client is a medium sized construction consultancy who undertakes projects across the private residential, commercial and retail sectors. The London based practice boasts several offices UK wide. The firm has a supportive and elevating environment, they are looking for driven professionals who are looking to take positive steps in their careers.
The role is to lead your own schemes, you will work on several projects and surveys programmes across London. The successful Building Surveyor will have comprehensive experience on contract administration, project management and schedules of conditions, dilapidations and party wall/neighbourly matters advice.
This role is ideal for a building surveyor who is looking for the next stages in their career. You will be offered full exposure to all building surveying disciplines, client engagement and training/development opportunities.
