Chartered/Senior Building Surveyor

💰 £45,000 – £60,000 + Car allowance + hybrid

A Building Surveyor Uckfield East Sussex opportunity within an independent practice offering £45,000–£60,000, car allowance and full package. This is a Permanent Full-time role with a hybrid working pattern, suited to Chartered or Senior-level surveyors seeking a mix of project and professional work.

🎯 Responsibilities

  * Deliver projects across housing care and education sectors

  * Act as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator

  * Provide dilapidations and schedules of condition

  * Manage client consultant and contractor relationships

  * Support junior team members

✅ Requirements

  * Degree in Building Surveying or equivalent

  * MRICS Chartered status

  * Experience in Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent roles

  * Strong technical and communication skills

  * Experience across residential commercial or public sectors
