The consultancy has impressively doubled in size of the last years and boasts employing over 200 professionals across serval offices. Due to the continued success a further position has arisen.   The opportunity is to work across the residential, commercial and education sectors. You the successful Building Surveyor will deliver a range of building surveying services across Kent and surrounding home counties. Typical schemes range from £100k - £8million.   You will be joining a dynamic and energetic group of professionals, the team is full of approachable and friendly individuals. Collaborative and productive are words to describe the environment, they promote a solutions focus approach. The practice offers full support to encourage continuous growth.   Responsibilities Contract administration Project Management Employers agent Design specifications writing Planned maintenance programmes Refurbishment Party wall matters Schedules of condition  Building Surveyor BSc in Building Surveying Minimum 18 months years in similar role Ideally started APC or Chartered MRICS Excellent verbal and written communication skills Full UK drivers licenceBuilding surveyor| senior building surveyor| MRICS| MCIOB| contract administration| party wall matters| specification writing| defects| project management| employers agent| construction
