BMR are working with a well-established independent property consultancy with a strong presence across the South West and beyond. Known for their quality advice and long-standing client relationships, they operate across building surveying, planning, agency, development and property management.
 With a collaborative and down-to-earth culture, they combine regional expertise with a modern, client-focused approach — making them a trusted advisor to investors, developers, landlords and occupiers alike.
 Following continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to strengthen their Building Surveying team with the addition of an ambitious and motivated Building Surveyor.

 The Opportunity

Working with a diverse client base spanning both private and public sectors, you’ll be involved in a broad mix of professional and project instructions.

 About You

 We are keen to hear from candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality work and developing long-term client relationships.

 Essential:
  
Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline 
MRICS qualified (or working towards APC) 
Experience within commercial property consultancy or private practice 
Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills 
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities 
Full UK driving licence  Desirable:
  
Experience across both professional and project work 
Knowledge of the South West property market
