You'll join a highly experienced Building Surveying team delivering a balanced workload across both professional and project services. From Technical Due Diligence, Dilapidations and Building Surveys through to Contract Administration, Refurbishment and Project Management, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of instructions while working with an impressive portfolio of commercial clients.

About You
You'll have at least 18 months' experience within a Building Surveying consultancy and ideally have developed your career within the commercial property sector.
 
Experience in the following would be advantageous:

Contract Administration
Technical Due Diligence
Dilapidations
Building Surveys
Project Management
Defect Diagnosis
Professional Building Surveying services
Most importantly, you'll be ambitious, client-focused and motivated to achieve MRICS within a supportive, collaborative environment that genuinely invests in your professional development.
