I'm working with one of the UK's leading multidisciplinary construction consultancies, who are looking to appoint a Building Surveyor to join their established 20-person Building Surveying team in Leeds.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a project-focused Building Surveyor who enjoys seeing schemes through from concept to completion. You'll work on a diverse portfolio of projects across Central Government, Local Authorities and the Blue Light sector, delivering meaningful schemes that improve public infrastructure and communities throughout the region.

Projects range from refurbishment and estate improvement programmes through to complex capital schemes valued at up to £10 million, giving you exposure to a varied and technically rewarding workload.

Design & Specification
Feasibility Studies
Refurbishment and Capital Projects
Client & Stakeholder Management
Site Inspections and Project DeliveryWorking alongside experienced Chartered Building Surveyors, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects while continuing to develop your technical and commercial expertise.

Successful Building Surveyor

You'll have around 2-5 years' Building Surveying experience within a consultancy environment and enjoy delivering projects from inception through to completion.
Experience in the following would be advantageous:

Contract Administration
Project Management
Design & Specification writing
Refurbishment projects
Client-facing consultancy workWhether you're already working towards your APC or looking for the right environment to achieve MRICS, this consultancy offers one of the strongest support networks in the market, making it an excellent place to build a long-term career.
