Job Description

Niyaa people are on the lookout for a well experienced Building Surveyor to join a consultancy based in South East London. This role will be focusing on JCT and SHDF contracts on the residential side. Role- Building Surveyor Salary- £60,000 (negotiable) Location- Eltham Hybrid split- 3 days in office Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor: Contract administration responsibilities on JCT and SHDF contracts. Conduct through building surveys on residential properties Project manage retrofit and refurbishment works Benefits of the Building Surveyor role: 27 days plus BH Flexible and agile working Possible access to car allowance Skills needed for the Building Surveying role: Must have worked for a consultancy beforehand JCT or SHDF contract experience Building surveying experience RICS or CIOB (desirable) If this is of interest to yourself please feel free to email me on (url removed) or call me on (phone number removed)
