Niyaa people are working with a well-respected housing association based in Liverpool. They are looking for a competent Building Surveyor who can demonstrate skills of planned works, stock condition, reactive repairs and damp and mould.
Role: Building Surveyor
Salary: £39,779 plus £1,353 car allowance
Location: Liverpool
Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:
Carry out and assist with day to day duties including damp and mould, condition surveys, building surveys and project management skills
Liaise with members and contractors to ensure effective delivery
Be responsible for day to day delivery of reactive repairs and investment services

Ideal Building Surveyor would have:
HND Qualification
Experience of property maintenance and investment services
Ability to conduct stock condition surveys and maintain data
Knowledge of tendering processes
Social Housing experience
