Building Surveyor - Bristol
Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor for a permanent opportunity with a leading consultancy. Based in Bristol you will work within an expanding team to deliver a wide range of commercial consultancy services to a diverse client base across the South-West region.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Due Diligence
- Construction Monitoring
- Contract Administration
- Planned Preventative Maintenance
- Dilapidations and Exit Strategy
- Party Walls
For this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant degree qualification combined with a practical understanding of commercial Building Surveying. You will ideally be chartered (MRICS) or working your way towards it with some experience across both professional and project-based work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to join a market leading team where you will be involved in all aspects of Building Surveying, from inception and negotiating scope of services with clients, to carrying out the required professional services and delivering the project.
