A small independent firm of Chartered Surveyors are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their successful Central London team.
A young, dynamic team established in the last 10 years, the team has extensive experience within the London property sector.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role would incorporate all core Building Surveying services in residential and commercial property. Full APC support available to get the successful Building Surveyor Chartered. Core areas include:
* Scopes of Work & Contract Administration
* Building Pathology / defects
* Reinstatement Cost Assessments
* Schedules of Condition
* Party Walls
* Rights of Light
* Measured Building Surveys / 3d scanning
* Valuation
REQUIREMENTS
* A degree in Building Surveying
* Career focused
* AssocRICS (ideally) with a desire to become Chartered
REMUNERATION
Salary is negotiable depending on the individual and their experience.
* Up to £45,000
* Generous Annual leave entitlement
* Strong APC support
* Flexible working arrangements
