Job Description
Building Surveyor - I currenlty have an extremely exciting opportunity available for a Building Surveyor to join one of the most rewarding and progressive companies in the UK. Surveying properties including supermarkets, distribution centres and offices mainly, you will be an integral regional Building Surveyor with autonomy to work and plan how you see fit.
As a Building Surveyor you will work very closely with key stakeholders including Maintenance Managers and Directors to effectively advise on building condition including cladding, steelwork, lighting, structural, ceilings, roofs and plenty more.
The starting basic salary for the Building Surveyor is £55-58k per annum plus a company car allowance of £7080, working Monday to Thursday 9-5 and Friday 9-4:45. There is a huge range of benefits including :-

As a Building Surveyor you must have a HNC/HND along with RICS or MCIOB. Chartership is advantageous. This is a regional role covering Essex, East Anglia and parts of Hertfordshire.
