Chartered / Senior Building Surveyor

You'll work with an impressive client list across a variety of commercial instructions:
Contract Admin
Technical Due Diligence
Dilapidations
Building Pathology
Broad-spectrum professional building surveying
About You
MRICS Chartered Status (or nearly there)
Solid commercial sector experience
Confident report writer and communicator - clients need straight, accurate advice
A genuine interest in developing client relationships, not just delivering the technical work
Ambition - the business is set up for people who want to progress
Package
Basic £55k - £65k
