Building Surveyor – Bristol
Construction Consultancy | £30,000–£40,000 + Package
A highly respected construction consultancy is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their thriving team in central Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a diverse range of commercial and public sector projects, in a supportive and career-focused environment.
The Role
Deliver building surveying services across a mix of project and professional work ️
Work through all stages from initial surveys to project delivery and handover
Liaise with clients, contractors and wider teams to ensure successful outcomes
Contribute to the growth and development of the Bristol office and its project pipeline
About You
Degree-qualified in Building Surveying or a related field
MRICS or working toward chartership with good progress underway ️
Experience within a consultancy or client-side setting is preferred
Comfortable with both project and professional services (e.g. dilapidations, party walls, schedules of condition)
Confident communicator with a proactive, team-first approach
