Description
Identify and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
Knowledge of CAD as will be using to draw on maps and input measurements
Right to buy sales
Boundary disputes
Will go to sites to conduct inspections and take measurements when necessary and review boundaries
Asset Management
Capital Investment
Upon receipt of an email enquiry you will then inspect or review, write report and respond to customer.
Involvement with right to buy sales and the drawing up of plans

HND/HNC or Building Surveying Qualification
Experience of the social housing sector
Proficient in the use of CAD
Flexible, reliable and good customer service skillsJob Offer
