Job Description
Social Housing Provider based in Wrexham currently looking for a Building Surveyor on a Temporary contract.
My client are a well-known Social Housing Provider currently operating in Wrexham who are looking to take a Temporary Building Surveyor to help with their current housing stock. The contract will be for 12 months.
The job role will include working on voids, reactive repairs and planned works.
They are looking to pay around £20-£24 P/H for the right candidates who will need experience working in a similar function for at least 3 years in order to be considered.
