Job Description
A BCorp certified and multi-disciplinary Consultancy, are seeking a Chartered to Senior level Building Surveyor in their Central Birmingham office.

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a medium sized consultancy, with 10+ nationwide offices and over 50 years’ of delivering excellence in commercial real estate.

The Building Surveyor’s role
The Building Surveyor will access a range of projects, primarily within the commercial sector, but also in the retail, industrial and office sectors, taking on a wide range of services.
Projects range between £5M to £100M in value.
Key service deliverables (Not limited to):
* Technical Due Diligence
* Contract Administration
* Building Pathology
* Dilapidations
The successful Building Surveyor’s specifications
Education and qualification
* Degree educated (BSc or MSc) in Building Surveying
* Chartered with the Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
Skills and attributes
* Excellent communication, both verbal and written
* Commercially aware and able to meet fee targets
* Client relationship focused
Other
* Full driving license and access to a car
