Job Description
Public sector organisation in Nottinghamshire currently require a building surveyor to join their property services team for an initial 3-6 months.
Purpose of the role:
To effectively plan and deliver, under the direction of your manager, building surveying and tenant liaison services in the planning, maintenance, improvement and investment in the Council’s Housing stock and other assets held within the HRA. To ensure that value for money is delivered through all projects.
3 - 6 months initially
37 hours per week
Hybrid working
£33 - £40 an hour
