Our client is seeking a fully trained and qualified Building Surveyor to join the team. This exciting project focuses on reviewing housing stock across Selby, Harrogate, and Richmondshire, with completion planned for March 2026 (with potential to extend).
Locations:
* Selby
* Harrogate
* Richmondshire
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
As a Building Surveyor, you will carry out detailed inspections and assessments of our housing stock, ensuring compliance with regulations, identifying any necessary repairs or improvements, and supporting the delivery of high-quality housing services.
Requirements:
* Fully trained and qualified as a Building Surveyor
* Strong knowledge of building regulations and housing standards
* Ability to work across multiple sites
* Excellent attention to detail and report-writing skills
