Job Description
Building Surveyor – What We’re Looking For
* FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS qualified, with registered valuer status.
* SAVA graduates will also be considered.
* Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Excellent client communication and report-writing abilities.
* A proactive, professional, and solution-focused approach to work.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out comprehensive Level 2 (Home Surveys) and Level 3 (Full Building) surveys on a range of residential and commercial properties.
* Prepare detailed Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations (experience in these areas is an advantage).
* Produce clear, accurate, and insightful reports with recommendations and cost estimates for repairs or improvements.
* Provide expert advice to clients on property condition, necessary repairs, and regulatory compliance.
* Liaise closely with clients to ensure their needs are fully understood and met, delivering timely and professional reports.
