Building Surveyor
Ref: GHWR-76
📍 Location: Remote (Midlands, North England, Manchester, Scotland)
Candidates will ideally be based in these areas to meet client needs. Locations are subject to change.
🕒 Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 hours per week (flexibility required).

The Role
We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join our team.
Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out site inspections on properties registered with the company
*
Ensuring projects meet current building regulations and are constructed in line with insurer requirements
*
Providing professional advice on property and construction
*
Acting as a brand ambassador, promoting Global Home Warranties’ values and ethos at all times
The Individual
To be shortlisted, your CV must demonstrate:
✔️ Level 6 qualification in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
✔️ Experience in private residential construction from foundation to completion
✔️ Strong working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations
✔️ Excellent oral and written communication skills
✔️ Full UK driving licence
