Do you want to take on varied projects and develop your surveying experience?
Ready to play a key role in keeping Portsmouth's housing stock safe and well-maintained?
We're looking for a Building Surveyor to join the Building Repairs Team at Portsmouth City Council.
What you'll be doing:
·Surveying and assessing housing stock & community assets
·Managing repairs projects (£15k-£50k) - from re-roofing to fire upgrades
·Supporting the Building Repairs Manager & helping develop apprentices
·Liaising with residents, councillors & stakeholders
·Balancing site-based work with office time
