Fraser Edwards is currently seeking a talented Building Surveyor for a permanent role with a leading client in the social housing sector. This position offers a dynamic hybrid working model, allowing for 60% of the work conducted from home and 40% based in the office. Survey pre and post works, ensuring thorough and accurate assessments. Deliver detailed technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors. Liaise effectively with management and support staff throughout the surveying process. Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in social housing maintenance and repairs surveying. Comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety legislation. Relevant surveying qualification or equivalent experience. Strong technical understanding of a wide range of housing stock. Extensive knowledge of building maintenance and diagnostic techniques.
