Key responsibilities as the Building Surveyor:
Managing and delivering a wide range of building surveying services, from condition and dilapidation surveys to design, specification, and project management
Providing technical advice on construction, refurbishment, and maintenance projects
Supporting senior colleagues on major capital works while independently managing smaller-scale projects
Collaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, sustainable outcomes
Contributing to business development and helping strengthen client relationshipsRequirements:
Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (RICS accredited preferred)
MRICS qualification or working towards chartership
Proven experience across multiple sectors such as commercial, education, or public buildings
Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
Strong contract knowledge (particularly JCT)Benefits:
