Are you a Building Surveyor seeking to take your career to the next level within a forward-thinking design-led consultancy?
We’re working exclusively with a highly respected, award-winning multidisciplinary practice renowned for delivering exceptional projects across the commercial, industrial, and private residential sectors.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team of experts, you’ll gain exposure across both professional and project disciplines from technical inspections and contract administration through to design, refurbishment, and strategic property advice.
Responsibilities
Working across London and the surrounding Home Counties, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality surveying services to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include:
Building surveys, dilapidations, and defect analysis
Project management and contract administration
Feasibility studies and design coordination
Maintenance planning and refurbishment advice
Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all stages of deliveryBuilding Surveyor
MRICS qualified or working towards chartership (support provided)
Proven experience across both professional and project-based building surveying
Strong technical knowledge with a proactive, client-focused approach
Experience working within the commercial, industrial, or residential sectorsWhy apply?
