Job Description
A small, hands-on building consultancy in Bristol is looking for an ambitious APC-level Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team of 5. This is a great opportunity to take real responsibility, work on a range of projects, and complete your APC with full support from experienced surveyors.
The Role:
Lead and deliver projects across the South West and South Wales, from heritage and conservation work to higher education, commercial, and residential sectors
Get hands-on experience in building surveying, reporting, and client liaison
Work closely with a small, collaborative team and see projects through from start to finish
Mainly project-focused work, with support and guidance for APC submissions
Who We're Looking For:
1-3 years' consultancy experience
Proactive, hands-on, and keen to take ownership of projects
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ambitious and motivated to develop both technical and professional expertise
What's on Offer:
