Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career by leading and developing an established Building Surveying team in Leeds, within a respected multi-discipline environment.
We are seeking a passionate and driven Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is keen to progress their career as part of a close-knit team. Project sectors are varied and include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial and insurance. You will play a key role in client development, financial planning, team leadership and growth.

Key Responsibilities
Hands-on delivery of building surveying services
Leading projects, with regular co-ordination of in-house multi-disciplinary design teams
Developing and managing client relationships
Supervising, supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
Overseeing technical quality through reviews and guidance
Skills & Experience Required
MRICS qualified
Consultancy experience in the Leeds market
Commercially minded with a strong interest in business development
Able to manage a personal workload independently
Confident in managing and guiding team members on project delivery
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Positive "can-do" approach
Broad and in-depth technical knowledge across building surveying
Strong analytical skills with excellent written and verbal communication
